QUICK SHIP

With the recent introduction of the Quick Ship Program, customers are able to receive luxury aluminum furnishings from Elements by Castelle within two weeks of purchase. For the 2018 season, five of Elements by Castelle's most popular collections are available within the program. The Bayside, Bellevue, Hampton, Spago, and York collections will be warehoused for quick turn-around shipment to Outdoor Home.

Elements by Castelle™ frames feature the highest quality, heaviest gauge extruded aluminum with reinforced internal walls. This frame warranty covers structural failure for 7 years.

1 Year Resin Wood Warranty

Maintenance free high-quality resin materials resemble the look of real wood. Color runs continuously throughout the material, and the warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year.

3 Year Finish Warranty

Finishes applied to Elements by Castelle™ frames are made from the highest quality polyester powder paints. This warranty covers peeling and blistering defects for 3 years.

1 Year Fabric Warranty

Elements by Castelle™ uses only the finest mildew resistant olefins, acrylics, and pvc coated fabrics. They are all weatherproof, beautifully designed, and specifically treated to resist stains. This warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year (not including normal fading).
