Flank Steak Street Tacos on the Big Green Egg



Everyone loves tacos. You make them at home, order them in restaurants, and even buy them from food trucks or street fairs when the weather gets nice, but this recipe is perfect for your next Taco Tuesday at home. It’s a quick recipe that uses a simple marinade, but instead of drowning our tacos in salsa, we keep it simple and fresh with cilantro, diced onion, and a squeeze of lime to finish it off.
