Short timing and impossible

Like always,there is something last minute and in my case needed to take something to Germany, for my cousin. Looks impossible, feels impossible because of time constraints but this is where good customer service shines bright and they certainly do. Friendly, helpful and competent, rare combination now days but here certainly available. Thank you again for a great job, well done.
