I ordered 3 of the 22qt Briner Buckets. I own/operate a BBQ Food trailer and wings are one of my main menu items. I have been looking for a better way to brine my wings other than using a 5gal bucket and have to figure out how to keep them submerged in the brine. These Brine bucket’s do just that. I used them for the first time today brining 30lbs of wings in each one (90lbs total) I should have bought a 4th one and I could have brined the other 30 lbs I bought. I highly recommended the Briner Bucket to anyone who brines meat!
