By registering your Big Green Egg, you ensure your product is covered under our warranty, receive updates and important product information, and get access to special offers and promotions. Product registration is required to receive the limited lifetime warranty on your Big Green Egg.

If you registered with a paper warranty card, please contact customer support to migrate your registration to the new system. You can check if you’re registered by starting a warranty claim with your email. If your email is recognized, it will show you an overview of all units registered to that email.
