The product is as described by the vendor. My order was processed quickly, and the pellets arrived in a timely manner. The pellets were adequately packaged; no holes or tears in the secondary plastic bag used for shipping.

The shipping cost was high ($20.00), but this was the only vendor that I could find that offered Peach pellets singularly so we'll have to pay.

I do wish an 8lb or 10lb bag of Peach pellets was available for purchase. I don't own a pellet grill, so I will only be using a small amount of pellets at a time to cold smoke cheese once or twice each winter; I do this via a smoke tube in my Weber Kettle. I normally use apple or cherry when cold smoking cheese, but this year I wanted to add another flavor profile so I decided on the Peach.

Though I haven't used my new Green Egg yet, I had a great experience with Outdoor Home in Nixa! When delivering to my house, they had everything put together for me right where I wanted it. They shared tips about cooking on the green egg, answered my questions, and walked me through the warranty process. I look forward to visiting them again for additional Green Egg accessories!

There was a mixup with shipping that got handled very professionally. Upon arrival, the conversion kit was easy to install and now my pizza oven is working great running on natural gas.
