Like always,there is something last minute and in my case needed to take something to Germany, for my cousin. Looks impossible, feels impossible because of time constraints but this is where good customer service shines bright and they certainly do. Friendly, helpful and competent, rare combination now days but here certainly available. Thank you again for a great job, well done.
I bought this product early 2022 and it was shipped promptly and received in good condition. January 2023 I get this email asking for a review, as the title says great product weird customer support.

This is the item to have if you want precise control over BGE temperatures. It also remains tight when you open the lid so you don’t have to figure out your previous setting.
I ordered the XL convEGGtor from Outdoor Home, as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately when he opened it Christmas morning it was broken which apparently occurred through the shipping process. I sent an email along with pictures to Outdoor Home and they were on it immediately! They immediately shipped a replacement and filed a claim with shipping company. Jordan and his company were great to work with. Would highly recommend them.

We smoked a 9 lb pork butt for 10.5 hours using this charcoal for the first time in a clean egg. The box was still half full and no ash. We were able to maintain a temperature of 225-235. The egg is still clean after using for almost 11 hours.
