Jerky making is made simple with easy-to-follow instructions and pre-measured cure in every package.
For consistently flavorful sausage use the recommended number of pounds of meat this package is intended to produce.
Hickory: Infused with the inviting aroma of hickory smoke, this seasoning carries a rich, slightly sweet flavor that will leave you wanting more.
Mesquite: Native to Texas and much of Mexico, this smoky southwest flavor is not to be missed.
Teriyaki: Strong hints of brown sugar give this popular Asian blend a sweet finish.
Original: This blend has been around since the days of the western frontier. LEM's exclusive blend brings this traditional recipe to new heights.
Cracked Pepper: Cracked peppercorns add a kick.
Marinade Method: Cut meat to desired thickness. Dissolve the entire seasoning and cure packets into 2-1/2 cups of water for 5 pounds of meat. Add meat to marinade and refrigerate for 8 hours or more.
Ground Meat Method: Dissolve the entire seasoning and cure packets into 5 ounces of water for 5 pounds of meat. Mix meat with water mixture until tacky. Form into strips manually or by using the Jerky Gun®.
For Either Method: Cook in a 200° F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes on each side or dehydrator according to the manufacturer's instructions.

- Seasoning Ingredients: Salt, Dextrose, Sugar, Spices, Maltodextrin, Mustard, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate (0.71%), Spice Extractives, and less than 2% Silicon Dioxide added to prevent caking
- Cure Ingredients: Salt, Sodium Nitrite (6%), Red 3, And Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide As A Processing Aid
- Cracked Pepper Seasoning Contains Mustard
