This replacement re-alignment system will mean your EGG dome sits squarely on the base every time you open and close the lid. It’s spring-loaded too, making the lid effortless to lift and gentle to shut. It’s made with a specially coated alloy rather than stainless steel which is not only rust-proof but most importantly doesn’t expand in intense heat.
