Nice product - mediocre service

I'm 74 years old. When I arrived the salesman greeted me and ask what I needed. I said I wanted a bag of charcoal and asked him if he would retrieve it for me and carry it to the front of the store. He just remained at the front counter while I went to the back of the store to get it. I was a bit disappointed in the service as I was the only customer in the store, and there was a second employee behind the counter.

Too many small pieces.

I don’t really care for green egg branded charcoal, Too many small pieces and dust in the bag. They used to carry a better brand but I guess dumped it because of cost.
