- Oversized 3-inch Temp Gauge - Impact-resistant, glass-faced dial that gives accurate readings from 150°-750°F. From low-n-slow to blazing hot, this gauge has you covered.
- Acacia Wood Handle – Acacia wood is naturally water/moisture resistant, won't readily warp, doesn't scratch easily, and matches the Acacia EGG Mates and Tables.
- Patented Hinge & Band Assembly - Allows you to effortlessly open and close the EGG's dome. It's like lifting a feather.
