I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Outdoor Home in Nixa (especially Justin & Aaron), they have THE BEST customer service! The staff is always friendly, helpful and informative. I will be there customer forever.

It is rare to get excellent customer services...These folks deliver.
When asked about parts Jordan gave me options in an effort to save me some money.
He went beyond what anyone would expect that when ordering parts for a grill....ultimately his efforts got me to a local dealer that had my part....but not Jordan's knowledge of the Green Egg.

Justin and Jordan are fantastic. One of the biggest spends I have had, and even had some challenging changes. They want to take of YOU!! They stand by their service and product. I was probably one of their toughest customers, and I still felt like royalty and they take time and effort to ensure I was pleased.
